Fantastic stay at the new hotel

It is good to back after eight years. Staff are nice and friendly. They are always trying their very best to customers. The front desk lobby is great. All staffs are really paying efforts on the services. The room is nice. It gets a very good angle of the harbor. It is a nice stay.
I ordered cocktails and food at level 29/30. Cocktails arrived but the food did not. After 45 minutes I enquired and they said they lost the docket. I had to leave after another 45 mins. The waiter did not care and just said "so you don't want your food".

The room looked like the pictures. It was spacious and had a good design.
The staff was very slow, especially the manager. She was rude and seemed to lack social etiquette. I booked a birthday breakfast, but a fire alarm went off and ruined the experience. I asked for a complimentary breakfast, but the manager refused (very disappointing).

The breakfast had great variety (especially the breads!). The friendly staff walked us around, describing all food stations. The location is excellent, close to everything.
The lobby was uncomfortably busy. I found the check-in took longer than expected.
